Busy in the kitchen today

Today are a big day for chinese people. I am thingking going out restoran to have lunch with family. But now with the fuel price hike. It costs a lot of money to go out to eat. I try to eat at home as much as i can as we are not a fussy eater. Well, homecooked food is still the better option these days, provided i'm the one doing the cooking. Today i make few dishes learn from my grandma. Mostly are Hakka dishes, cox we are hakka people. Example are drunken tiger prawn, claypot sea cucumber with pork rib, fried long bean and vegetarian Fu zhuk.




Main

- Fi zhuk 5Pcs


Ingredient

- Water 1Cup
- Sugar 2 Spoon
- Flour (tepung gandum) 1 Bowl
- Soy Sauce 2 Spoon
- Lam Lui (chinese Marinated red tau fu) Few
- Chinese herb (五香 powder) Few

Way
Use a bowl and mixed all the ingredient together. stir till all mixed.





Apply the ingredient on top of the Fu Zhuk using a spoon. Fold the over and lock them up with toothpick.

After that prepare the wok with little oil to fried the Fu Zhuk. Use a small fire so that is fried till golden color and not to long. Once ready cut it to small piecest, is ready to serve.
